Lisa Toner Studio

A young version of Lisa’s Seattle violin studio performing as a group.
another facet of my life: moving through the great outdoors!
Best of both worlds: getting kids outside to play music. Taken at the Walla Walla Suzuki Institute.

A few testimonials…

I studied violin with Lisa for 7 years (ages 5−12) before she moved away. I learned so much from her. Everything about her lessons; from her wonderful teaching style, her positive and constructive feedback, to her constant patience and care, helped me become more than prepared for opportunities and challenges− both related and non-related to music. I hope you enjoy your time with her as much as I did mine!

Lisa is an excellent teacher for many different types of students. She has extensive training and a very strong foundation in pedagogy and violin technique, but meets students where they are. Her goal is to instill a lifelong love of classical music. She makes lessons engaging and fosters a wonderful community atmosphere in the studio. My daughter studied with her for seven years until Lisa relocated to Bellingham, and grew immeasurably as a musician.
